For my Lil' Lil' Silver Bullett Baby Kitty;
When I let you out early last Monday morning it was cold. I wanted you to stay in and sit on my lap, but you were insistent to go out. I opened the door and with a flick of your kinky little tail, you were off. You never came home. You were my lil baby kitty even if you were a year old. Brave, bossy and loving, I miss you so much, we all do. You were brought to me as a teeny baby, spared from becoming a owl's dinner. We were the best of friends from that very day and I feel your absence with each breath. I miss your soft grey fur, your white "bikini" and cuddling on the couch together. I miss you. I love you and I wish most of all that we had more time. It's been nine days now. I know you aren't coming back. I just wish you were here and this never happened. I miss you too much.
